Welcome to the 2019 edition of the IDDx/ISSx survey.The objectives of this survey are to get an updated view on the use and application of Current based test (as opposed to voltage/logic based test) as part of today's test suites, to gain insight in the related knowledge and its distribution as well as to obtain information on related application trends and the evolution of these items in function of time.Your comments and input are greatly appreciated !Similar to previous editions, if you participate to the survey and leave your contact info we will be glad to send you a summary of the survey results.This survey not only addresses IDDx but also other applications of Current measurements as part of the test process.
