Terms & Conditions

Any adverts booked are accepted on the assumption they do not contravene any Act of Parliament, the British Code of Advertising or European Union Legislation.

The National Forest Company reserves the right to refuse any application for advertising or edit terms of contract, at any time, without assigning a reason. In the event of an application being rejected after payment, a refund will be made.

The signatory of this sign-up form is responsible for payment of the adverts booked irrespective of whether ownership or management of the property/venue changes in the period between receipt of the form and publication of adverts.

Payment terms strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
