IT Project Disaster Benchmark

The purpose of the survey is to heighten the users’ insight into what might lead to a project disaster or a project-related strategic disaster. All results are shared with the users.

You can also use the survey to benchmark a project that you are currently involved in.

The survey generally takes between 20 minutes and half an hour. If you simply don’t have the time for this, that is OK, but please try to finish the survey if you start it. Thanks for you valuable time.

After the survey, you will be asked to enter your basic contact info in order to enable access to future versions, reports etc. This is fully voluntary and not required to use the benchmarking tool and current reports.
