Thank you for volunteering to become a Youth Covid-19 Health Champion. Its a really exciting programme to be involved with!
What does the role involve?
1) You will need to take part in free training called 'Good conversations in Challenging Times'. This is a 2 hour virtual training session held on Zoom which teaches you how to proactively deliver coronavirus information to your friends, family and community. It will explain how coronavirus is spread and dispel any myths about the virus.
2) You will also be kept up to date by email about the Covid-19 Health Champion programme and any changes in guidance and information about coronavirus.
3) You will share the information we provide to you to your friends, family, and community in whatever way you choose (e.g. whatsapp)
4) You can also join optional virtual weekly drop-in sessions where you can ask questions and find out more.
This is the Youth Covid-19 Champion Programme, if you are above the age of 18 and would prefer you can join the Adult version of the programme instead by filling in this registration form: https://survs.com/survey/7qzk99jupy .
