We're happy to share that since 2024, all Survs customer data has been stored and processed exclusively within the European Union.

Survs runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany. This includes application data, survey responses, backups, and logs. EU data residency is enabled for all customers by default. Keeping our core infrastructure in the EU helps support customers operating under GDPR requirements.

To support specific business operations, we work with a limited number of trusted providers: Google Workspace for customer support and Stripe for payment processing. These services may involve limited data transfers outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Your core Survs data stays in the EU.
