Delete Responses

To delete all survey responses:

1. Enter the Distribute page.
2. Click the arrow button next to the channel name and select Clear responses.

All responses of the selected channel will be deleted.

To remove only one response:

1. Enter the Analyze page and click the Respondents link.
2. In the Respondents page, browse to the respondent you want to remove, and then click the Exclude link.

The respondent will be removed from the survey results. This action can be reversed using the Include link.
