Stop Collecting

By default, all survey channels are open to collect responses. You can stop collecting responses in three ways.

Method 1: Close all channels at once from the Survey List page.

1. Go to the Survey List page.
2. Click the green Open button next to the survey title to close it.
   Note: To reopen, click the Closed button next to the survey title.

Method 2: Close channels one by one from the Distribute page.

1. Go to the Distribute page.
2. Click the arrow next to the channel name and select Close channel..
   Note: To reopen, click the arrow again and select Open channel.

Method 3: Set a specific date and time to stop collecting responses.

1. Go to the Settings page.
2. Enable the Cut off date and time option and choose a date and time.

If a respondent tries to access a closed survey, they will see a "survey closed" message.
