Accounts, Plans and Users
All Survs accounts support multiple survey creators. The maximum number of users allowed per account depends on the account plan. The three Enterprise plans are as follows:

The number of accounts (and plans) the customer needs depends primarily on the number of users and how you want to organize users across accounts. It's important to note that account users have access to all account inquiries and their data. Therefore, if you want to maintain confidentiality between teams and individuals, we recommend separating users into different accounts. For example, in an organization with 10 departments, it makes sense to give an independent account to each department so that departmental confidentiality is maintained.

Sign Up and Account Creation
If an organization needs for example, ten accounts, the administrator should create all accounts before upgrading and inviting users to join. If necessary, we can help you doing this. Below are the steps necessary to create accounts:
Initially, all new accounts are on the Free Plan. To update the plan of an account you need license codes. If you don't have license codes yet, please contact the Survs Support. If you already have license codes, please follow these steps to upgrade the accounts:
After upgrading, you can invite other users to join each account. To invite users to join an account, please do the following:
The invited person will receive an email with a confirmation link to accept the invite.
