Compose EmailUsing the Email Channel you can email your contacts an invitation to take your survey and track who has responded. After adding the contacts, you can compose a message:

The [SurveyLink] tag will be replaced with the survey link, and the [OptOutLink] tag will be replaced with the opt-out link. Custom DataYou can use the following custom tags in messages to pull information from Contacts:
These tags will be replaced with the corresponding contact data when the recipient reads the message. To use custom data, first add data fields to your contacts list. For more details, refer to the Add Contacts page. To add custom data to your email message, place the tags where you want the data to appear. Ensure the tags are formatted exactly as shown, with the brackets. Example MessageHere’s an example email with tags (tags highlighted in bold): Dear [FirstName], We're planning a meeting for the [Notes] department and would love to get your feedback: [SurveyLink] Thanks for your participation!
Kind regards, The message is sent separately to each recipient, with the tags replaced by their personalized information from your contacts list.
